Delete Account Info
Users can delete their PlantedCollection account directly in the app or website.
How to Delete Your Account
1. Log in to your PlantedCollection account.
2. Tap or click Info.
3. Select Delete App Info.
4. Select Delete App.
5. Confirm by selecting Yes, Delete My Account.
Before Final Deletion
Users will see a confirmation message explaining that deleting an account permanently removes:
Account profile information
Posts and uploaded content
Order and marketplace-related account data tied to the profile
Connected Shippo information associated with the account
Connected Stripe information associated with the account, to the extent removable by our platform
What Happens After Deletion
Your account will be permanently deleted.
Your profile, posts, and account information will no longer be accessible.
This action cannot be undone.
Important Note
Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute, or security purposes.
